Detailed Comments:
The quality of the paper heavily improved and the reviewers comments seem to be all adressed. Especially, the related work, the preliminaries and the experiments have been sufficiently extended. Therefore, I recommend acceptance.
Some minor issues:
- p.3: "we also hypothesise that..." -> remove "that"
- several times "heirarchical"
- p.4 "probabalistic"
- paragraph on DL:
-- $\mathcal{EL}^{++}$
-- (Baader et al) missing year
-- There could be still a more detailed introduction to DLs, at least for EL++, e.g., what is a role hierarchy? One basic aspect of the good learning abilities of EL++ is the possibility to define normal forms, the ontologies are normally in normal form, therefore, that should be explained here.
- for the ontologies, their expressivity should be stated (are they all in EL++?)
- (12) and (13): L(C,D)
- p.15: "observed observed"
- Appendix A: different heading, e.g., "DL formalization of..."
