Dear editors, we want to submit to the Special Issue on NeSy 2025 Extended Papers. Our submission is an extended version of our NeSy 2025 paper "mULLER: A Modular Monad-Based Semantics of the Neurosymbolic ULLER Framework". We have considerably extended the conference paper. We provide more example NeSy frameworks and also provide more example NeSy systems. Moreover, we have integrated two appendices of the conference paper as regular sections of our submission. Last but not least, our submission contains two enterily new sections, one section on related work, including discussion of examples from the literature and how to express them in mULLER (7 pages), as well as one section on implementation of mULLER (3 pages).
