Dear Editor-in-Chief, I am pleased to submit the manuscript titled "Metal Price Spike Prediction via a Neurosymbolic Ensemble Approach" for your consideration. This paper is an extended version of a recent conference paper submission to ICDM. In this version, we introduce a new condition selection method, Threshold filtering, as an alternative approach to our previously used methods.
